By utilising 3D rendering software we are able to generate realistic photo renditions showcasing potential design schemes exactly as they would look in a space. This time and money saving service gives you the opportunity to experiment with every aspect of a design, allowing for modifications prior to renovation. PRESENTATION BOARDS
Once a concept and style has been agreed upon, the next stage in the development process is the collation of a presentation board. Its purpose is to communicate the final design proposal in an attractive visual format which displays samples of furniture, lighting, textures and colour pallets, a specification sheet with links to retailers and suppliers can be included for ease of purchase.
Additionally if you are using this service in conjunction with any 3D renderings or floorplans these can be incorporated for extra clarity. One round of revisions to the boards content is available and all products will be sourced to budget, in the case of an item being out of stock alternative options can be selected.

TECHNICAL DRAWINGS,
FLOORPLANS & ELEVATIONS
Technical drawings aid in providing accurate representations of a space, illustrated in schematic format they give scale and proportion to a design scheme during the planning phase.
Floorplans are essential drawn to scale diagrams showing an overhead view of the design area, this could be a single room or full floor and would normally include windows, doors and stair locations, heating systems and built in appliances. They are especially useful when planning a new layout, giving integral information for spatial awareness, furniture placement and ease of flow, without this knowledge a room just could not be designed properly!
As a floorplan gives an overhead view of a space, an elevation gives a side view from eye level. A 2D representation of a 3D space, elevations are principally generated for interior/exterior walls depicting at basic level, windows, doors, fixtures and fittings, they can increase in complexity to show additional elements such as furniture and appliances to give a more accurate idea of scale and placement.
One round of revisions are included to adjust furniture layout or flow, this must be done at the floorplan stage prior to elevations being prepared.
